Do-IT-Yourself Catalog Management

Vevo! CatalogMaker not only builds Catalog, but also facilitates user to review its existing catalog Catalogs and make necessary modifications.

• Click Menu - Viewer - Catalog Management
  
  
  or click button  at quick bar to start the process.
   

• Clicking the above, will open Catalog Manager Window
  
  

  Browse Catalog Pane- Listing all catalogs

  How to customize and Manage Catalog?
   

  • Select Catalog from existing Catalog list (browse Catalog pane)

  • Upon Catalog selection, thumbnail pane is filled by Catalog products.

  • User can navigate Catalog products

  • Catalog products can be previewed using thumbnail pane's navigation.
     

  • User can build new Catalog ( from Catalog management window:
     

     

    • Click button New 
      
      
       

    • program will open new Catalog window wherein, user may fill inputs, select Catalog products and build new Catalog.
       

• For selected Catalog, user can :
   

  • Edit Catalog (including Catalog products) - To edit, Catalog details, email id and/or include / remove Catalog products:
     

    • Select Catalog from browse Catalog Pane and click button edit Catalog OR click Menu - CatalogMaker - Edit Catalog
      
      
       

    • program will open create / edit Catalog wizard wherein, user may modify inputs, Catalog products Catalog and update Catalog.
       

  • Delete Catalog
     

    • Select Catalog from browse Catalog Pane and click button delete Catalog  

    • program will warn the user for such deletion. Click Yes to complete deletion and Click No to skip the deletion.
       

  • Remove Catalog Products
     

    • Select Catalog Products  from Thumbnail Pane and click button remove Catalog products

    • program will warn the user for such deletion. Click Yes to complete deletion and Click No to skip the deletion.
       

  • Customized design setting for Catalog to suit enterprise needs
    
    To customize / configure design settings  from Catalog Management Window, select Catalog from browse Catalog pane and then click Design Options Button for either MS Word Catalog or MS PowerPoint Album
    
    
     

  • Publish Catalog for distribution

User must select existing Catalog from browse Catalog mode and then click below to publish Catalog
